We recommend one for a major shade change, colour correction or whenever you are unsure which colour appointment to select.
Should I arrive with clean hair?+
Dry hair without heavy oils, root sprays or styling-product build-up helps us assess and work with your colour accurately.
What should I tell my colourist?+
Please share recent colour, bleach, henna and smoothing-treatment history, plus any allergies or scalp sensitivity.
How often will I need maintenance?+
Regrowth coverage usually needs a shorter cycle, while semi colour and gloss can be refreshed as the tone softens.
Can you correct colour done elsewhere?+
Yes, after an in-person assessment. Colour correction often needs a tailored plan and may take more than one appointment.
