Whether it is a first haircut, a regular trim or a new shape, the goal is simple: a comfortable visit and a cut that is easy for families to manage.

BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT

A reference photo is welcome. We will discuss what suits their hair and daily routine.

Clippers, water spray and loose hair can feel unusual. Tell us what your child already finds difficult.
A parent or carer can stay nearby and help the stylist understand the child’s cues.
If a child needs a moment, we can pause. If the service cannot be completed comfortably, we will discuss the best next step.

Can I stay with my child?
Yes, a parent or carer can remain nearby. Please follow the stylist’s guidance so they have enough room to work safely.
What if this is their first haircut?
Let us know when booking. Keep the explanation simple and bring a small familiar item if helpful. We can take the introduction gently.
Do you use clippers?
Clippers may be used when they suit the chosen style and the child is comfortable. Scissor and clipper choices are discussed at the appointment.
Should their hair be clean?
Arrive with hair reasonably clean and free from heavy product or tangles unless the salon gives different instructions.
How much does a Kids Cut cost?

What if my child finds haircuts difficult?
