Before we begin, we discuss the areas you want treated, your skin history and your preferred brow shape. Suitability is considered individually.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Tell your therapist about sensitivity, active irritation, sunburn, recent facial treatments and the skincare or medication you use. Some ingredients and treatments can make waxing unsuitable or require a waiting period.
YOUR APPOINTMENT

Wax is applied and removed in small, controlled sections appropriate to the area.
We check the result together and explain how to look after freshly waxed skin.
AFTER YOUR SERVICE
Follow the personalised advice from your therapist and avoid rubbing or picking the area.
Ask when to resume strong active skincare, exfoliation, heat exposure and other facial treatments.
Temporary redness can occur. Contact the salon if you are concerned about an unexpected reaction.
GOOD TO KNOW
The wax needs enough hair to grip. If you are unsure, avoid trimming immediately before your visit and ask the salon for guidance.
Some prescription and cosmetic actives can make skin more vulnerable. Tell the salon exactly what you use before booking; waxing may need to be postponed.
Mild temporary redness can occur and varies by person. Your therapist will provide aftercare advice for your skin and treatment area.
Plan ahead, especially if this is your first facial wax or your skin is reactive. Ask the salon how much time they recommend before your event.
