Unlike extensions, it does not add individual fibres or extra lash length. Your natural lash length, density and direction influence the final result, so we start with your lashes—not a one-size-fits-all curl.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
Follow the instructions for the exact product system used. Washing, steam, makeup and conditioning guidance can differ between formulas.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Tell the salon about previous product reactions, eye or eyelid irritation, recent eye procedures and any concerns about your lashes. An active eye infection or irritation should be assessed before a cosmetic lash service.
Ask about the patch-test requirements for the lifting and any tinting products before booking. A negative patch test cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur.
If you have an eye condition or have recently had eye surgery, seek advice from your eye-care professional before booking.
LASH LIFT FAQ
No. A lash lift reshapes your natural lashes. Extensions add fibres to create additional length or fullness. A lift does not add new lashes or make them grow.
The effect lasts until the treated lashes gradually shed and are replaced by new growth. Your lash cycle, condition, product system and aftercare affect the timing. Ask your technician for a realistic expectation for your lashes.
Straight lashes may benefit from a lift, but very short or fragile lashes need an assessment first. The achievable shape depends on your natural lash length and condition.
Please confirm when booking. Lifting and tinting are different services, and any tinting suitability, patch-test requirements and additional cost should be discussed beforehand.
Contact the salon before your appointment to check the requirements for the exact products, including any tint. Tell us about previous reactions. Patch testing does not eliminate the possibility of a reaction.
Plan to remove your contact lenses for the appointment and bring your glasses. Confirm any other preparation instructions with the salon.
Follow the aftercare instructions for your service. There is no single waiting period that applies to every lifting system. Ask your technician before leaving the salon.
