I called hoping for a last minute appointment on a Friday but throughly expecting them to be booked. But they were so polite on the phone and were really accommodating. When I got there, the lady who cut my hair was professional, efficient, and really kind and was honest about my dry ends without me feeling like I was being judged. I walked out of there with a lovely haircut and a bit more self confidence. Thanks so much Lotus Hair Salon!
